Online Arrival Card MUST Be Completed Prior to Arrival
Dear Travel Partners,
Please be advised that the paper arrival card for entry into Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG) has been discontinued. Passengers who are required to complete an arrival card are advised to complete the Online Electronic Arrival Card prior to arrival to facilitate smoother immigration clearance.
Passengers may complete the Online Electronic Arrival Card Online via:
- China National Immigration Administration (NIA) website:
- From a computer: s.nia.gov.cn/ArrivalCardFillingPC
- From a smartphone: s.nia.gov.cn/ArrivalCardFillingPhone
- Via the “NIA 12367” mobile app
- Or through dedicated mini-programs on WeChat and Alipay
